Claire de Gidlow

Claire’s career experience spans both the public and private sectors. Her career started with a specialist financial recruitment business and she has worked in the UK and overseas in large corporate environments, as well as high growth private businesses. 

Her experience in the public sector includes executive search, setting up two highly successful interim management practices, recruiting senior officers from children and adults social care for interim management, transformational change and consultancy roles and as an interim manager in local government. 

Utilising her HR, talent management and project management expertise, Claire recently worked as an interim manager for councils in London, the Midlands and on the South Coast, supporting children’s services departments implement new practice initiatives, modernise front line operations and service improvement.
