Beda brings over 30 years’ experience of working closely with customers, primarily in the insurance industry, not for profit organisations and the recruitment sector. She has led and trained sales and customer services teams and prides herself in offering the highest standards of customer care and support.

Much of Beda’s career has involved working very closely with senior colleagues and their client counterparts, utilising technology to ensure projects run smoothly and all involved have a good understanding of timelines and expectations. This expertise, coupled with Beda's keen interest in helping people succeed in their careers, means she is ideally placed to assist all those who work with Faerfield.
