- Engage with local communities on the quality and safety of their streets and pavements and how to enhance the local environment through the Streets Ahead Programme
- Quickly building effective relationships with Amey, exploring how they can bet meet their contractual obligations, whilst contributing to the best way of protecting our healthy mature trees and enhancing the local environments.
- As a supportive manager, who understand the values of the Council, coaches and guides team members, leads on a service development programme, offering career progression pathways.
Political support for delivering a quality Highways Maintenance service through the contract is strong and we put great emphasis on co-producing delivery ambitions with residents.
We are looking for an influential, commercially minded leader, someone comfortable working in complex political environments, delivering and managing major contracts and programmes with residents at the heart of the service.
In return, you’ll receive rewarding work, plenty of support in a collegiate atmosphere, and the training and mentoring that helps you reach your goals and potential.
I hope to receive your application; this is a stretching and fantastic job.
With best wishes,
