An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Interim Director, available within the next 2-4 weeks with large scale turnaround and improvement experience to support our client on a major transformation journey. You will play a key role in the development and implementation of a new target operating model with specific input and focus on quality and care improvement. Candidates must be able to provide evidence of tangible delivery and the raising of service standards, with experience gained in a health or large social care provider. Expert knowledge of regulatory requirements and the CQC is essential.
The role is critical to the success of the future model and will enable the organisation to effectively and compliantly drive and accelerate sustainable and lasting change.
Demonstrable senior leadership experience in a health or large social care provider at assistant director level or above is required and you should ideally be clinically qualified.
The role is offered on an excellent day rate, OUTSIDE IR35, 5 days a week and for an initial 9 months. Travel between various operational locations is likely for which expenses will be paid.
