Interim Executive Director – Quality and Clinical Care

Faerfield are looking to speak with available, clinically qualified interim candidates with senior leadership experience as a Quality Director (or similar) gained in a health or large social care provider setting.

To be considered you should be fully conversant with national regulatory standards and compliance, possessing an in-depth knowledge of current legislation, policy and practice. You will have a firm grasp of governance and quality assurance systems and a demonstrable track record in delivering continuous quality improvement and excellence in clinical care through exceptional and inspirational leadership.

As a member of Executive team you will work collaboratively and proactively with corporate colleagues acting as the subject matter expert on all quality and care compliance matters and trusted advisor to the Chief Executive and the Board of Trustees.

Candidates should be available as soon as possible and the role is offered on a day rate commensurate with experience, for an initial period of 6 months, 5 days a week, Inside IR35, with remote working.
