Rate: Up to £600 a day (dependent on experience)

Our client, a large public sector organisation is looking for a specialist subject matter expert to review current pay and reward mechanisms and provide specialist advice, expertise and challenge to the organisation and to recommend future potential options for improvement. Candidates must have technical competence and a proven, demonstrable track record in total reward. This is a specialist P&R role and therefore not suitable for HR generalists. Public sector experience is NOT a pre-requisite for the role and candidates from the private sector are very welcome.

The role will be undertaken flexibly from home / remote location on a consultancy basis of circa 50 days. It is envisaged the role will require a commitment of 3 days per week over a 16-18 initial period.
