A great opportunity for an experienced HR interim with demonstrable background in Organisational Development and crucially in talent management. Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and solution focused consultant to review, scope and recommend options for a talent strategy and potential associated interventions. The successful candidate must have knowledge and experience of whole system talent including strategy, leadership and employee development, digital, attraction, retention and diversity and be up to date with modern thinking and best practice and be comfortable working at all levels of a complex organisation.
This is offered as a flexible assignment 3 or 4 days a week and due to the current pandemic restrictions is fully remote from home.
