Faerfield are proud to be working with a public sector client who is looking to hire an experienced Senior Diversity and Inclusion Specialist to lead and continue with their ED&I strategy and agenda. The client has already achieved great things in the last two years, implementing bold and innovative initiatives on their D&I journey.  We are keen to speak to candidates with significant experience in ED&I best practice with recent and demonstrable track record in working at all levels including C-suite in a large organisation. Reporting to the HR Director, the successful candidate will have responsibility for leading and driving strategy, interventions and ultimately take the client agenda to the next level. Candidates from all sector backgrounds will be considered for this role.
