A superb opportunity for an experienced senior HR interim to act as the lead on a major programme of pay and reward reform which is underway and lead the operational and project teams associated with the work. Candidates may come from a specialist pay and reward background but those who have operated at Head of / Assistant Director HR leadership level with significant experience of leading changes to T&C's will also be considered. All must possess experience working at senior level and of complex negotiating and consultations with Trade Unions and stakeholders.

This is a full time assignment and due to the current pandemic restrictions is initially working from home.
